Support for Windows Mobile 6.1 provides Motorola mobile computer customers with enhanced security features including data encryption and support for Microsoft’s System Center Mobile Device Manager 2008 (SCMDM) to simplify security policy creation and deployment to mobile devices. Windows Mobile 6.1 will also provide users with greater access to standardized off-the-shelf applications; improved mobile messaging; increased device control with a variety of device management solutions to wirelessly administer and deploy software upgrades. The MC3000 mobile computer is ergonomically designed for scan-intensive environments that require high-quality data capture.
