Olympus VN-6000 and VN-6200 PC, the latest VN series digital audio devices now deliver double the storage capacity of previous models with 1GB of internal memory. Designed with three high-quality audio recording modes that enable recording times of various lengths, the VN series recorders capture remarkable audio using the HQ mode or the SP and LP modes for extended recording. The Index Mark setting allows them to pinpoint specific pieces of the audio per file to simplify future searches. The VN-6200 PC can hold up to 16 Index Marks per file, while the VN-6000 can hold 10 per file. After a recording is captured, the slow playback option allows recordings to be played at 25 percent slower than real time, assuring more efficient note taking or transcription.
